San Francisco's first tiny-home village for homeless people is opening. They are starting with 70 units at a price tag of $30,000 each to build and then $5,000/month to run EACH. They had a city-sanctioned "Safe Sleeping Village" with tents that also cost $5,000/month each to run. And I am public enemy #1 for trying to do the same thing for free in Akron Ohio.
